  • Can I sign up from any country?

    Yes. You can sign up from anywhere in the world.

  • Can I login from any computer?

    Yes. You can login from any computer but you can only login from one computer at a time.

  • Can I signup/pay with PayPal?

    No. We process credit card transactions through PayPal, but you may not pay with a PayPal account.

  • How can I make changes to my account or cancel my subscription?

    You can login to your account and in the "My Account" section you can cancel or update/renew your information.

  • Can I share my account with a friend?

    No. This account is a single user account and sharing is strictly prohibited.

  • Will I have access to all videos or just Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

    Yes. You will have access to 100% of the videos on the site.

  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

    Yes. Although your account is a monthly recurring payment, you can stop at any time with no penalties.

  • Can I reactivate the subscription later if I choose to cancel?

    Yes. You can login with the same username and password and renew your subscription.

  • Will I be able to download videos to my computer?

    Only the downloadable videos are available for download.

  • How fast does my computer and connection need to be?

    Because we encode with a high quality encoder we recommend having a broadband connection.

  • Do I need a special program or player to watch the videos?

    You will need the latest version of the flash player (free). You can safely get it here. Also, if you have watched the main intro clip you will be able to watch the classes.

  • The video is pausing and stuttering. What can I do?

    Make sure you have the internet connection dedicated to the online training and stop any other downloads you may have.

  • Is Tinguinha the only instructor on the site?

    No. Although Tinguinha is the head instructor, he has numerous black belts students and friends teaching some of their favorite techniques as well.

  • Will I receive belt promotions through training on TBJJ.tv?

    No. Belt promotions are only given to students who train at the TBJJ school or by an accredited instructor. This program is not intended to replace an instructor but to provide supplemental knowledge.

  • None of these items answer my questions. What do I do now?

    Not a problem. Just contact us and we will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have.
